Order Tracking When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 20 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at oiventuresid@gmail.com. with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes We ship to P.O. Boxes within the United States.
Lost or Damaged Packages In the rare event that your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at oiventuresid@gmail.com. While we are not responsible for packages once they are handed over to the shipping carrier, we will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue.
Customs and Duties For international orders (if applicable), your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. BLOOMYNESTA is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
