📦 SHIPPING & DELIVERY

How long does shipping take? Orders typically take 8-15 business days to arrive in the United States after we process and ship your order. During peak seasons or due to customs delays, delivery may take up to 20 business days. This is normal for international shipping from Asia to the US.

How do I track my order? Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package in real-time on our Track Your Order page or directly on the carrier's website. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to become active in the system.

When will I receive my order confirmation? You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order. Your order will be processed within 1-3 business days, after which you'll get a shipping notification with tracking details. Processing time does not include shipping transit time.

Do you ship outside the United States? Currently, we primarily ship to the United States. International orders to select locations may be available — please check our Shipping Policy for details. International orders may be subject to import duties and customs fees, which are the customer's responsibility.

Can I ship to a P.O. Box? Yes, we can ship to P.O. Boxes within the United States. However, some carriers do not deliver to certain P.O. Box locations. If your P.O. Box cannot receive the package, the carrier may return it to us, causing delays. Please verify with your P.O. Box provider before ordering.

What if my package arrives late or goes missing? If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days of receiving your tracking notification, please contact us immediately at oiventuresid@gmail.com. We will investigate the shipment with the carrier, file a lost-package claim if necessary, and send you a replacement or issue a full refund once the claim is resolved.

My package shows "Delivered" but I haven't received it. What should I do?

  • Check with neighbors, building management, or household members
  • Wait 24 hours — sometimes delivery notifications are delayed
  • If it still hasn't arrived, contact us at oiventuresid@gmail.com with a photo of your empty mailbox/porch

We will investigate with the carrier and assist you further.


↩️ RETURNS & REFUNDS

What is your return window? You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. If you're in the European Union, you have 14 days under EU consumer protection law.

What condition must my item be in to return it? For standard returns (change of mind), the item must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and unaltered
  • In original packaging
  • With original tags and labels attached
  • No signs of wear or use

Items that are used, damaged by the customer, or missing original packaging cannot be returned.

What if my item arrives damaged or defective? If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is the wrong product, we'll refund or replace it — no questions asked! Here's how:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at oiventuresid@gmail.com
  • Include clear photos or a short video of the issue
  • We'll review and respond within 2-3 business days
  • We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund (including original shipping)
  • In most cases, you won't need to return the damaged item

Who pays for return shipping?

  • Our error (wrong item, damaged, defective): We pay for return shipping
  • Your change of mind (buyer's remorse): You pay for return shipping; the cost will be deducted from your refund

How long does it take to get my refund? Once we receive, inspect, and approve your return:

  • Refund issued: within 3-5 business days
  • Funds in your account: 5-10 business days depending on your bank

Banks and credit card companies can take up to 10 business days to process refunds. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven't received it, contact us.

Can I exchange an item instead of returning it? We don't offer direct exchanges. Instead, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want. This ensures you get exactly what you need without delays.

What items cannot be returned? The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care items (for hygiene reasons)
  • Gift cards and digital products
  • Items marked "Final Sale" or clearance
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

How do I start a return?

  1. Contact us at oiventuresid@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. Wait for approval — we'll review within 2 business days
  3. Ship the item back to the address we provide (keep your tracking number)
  4. Receive your refund once we inspect and approve your return

Important: Do NOT ship items back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns cannot be accepted.


🛒 ORDERS & ACCOUNT

Can I edit or cancel my order? We process orders within 1-3 business days. If you need to cancel or edit your order, please contact us immediately at oiventuresid@gmail.com — we can only help if your order hasn't been processed yet. Once shipped, you can return it under our return policy.

Do you offer international shipping? Currently, we primarily ship to the United States. International orders may be available to select locations — please check our Shipping Policy or contact us to inquire.

Are there customs or import duties on international orders? Yes, international orders outside the US may be subject to import duties, taxes, VAT, or customs fees. These charges are determined by your country's customs authority and are your responsibility as the customer. BloomyNesta is not responsible for these charges as they are beyond our control.

Do you ship to military addresses? Yes, we ship to APO/DPO (military) addresses. Just enter your address as usual at checkout. Delivery times may be slightly longer for military addresses due to carrier routing. Please contact support if you have any concerns.
